Fewer flowers in Trust's annual count

Help

Fewer flowers are out across the south west of England than at the same time last year.

Gardeners at National Trust properties in the region have taken part in their annual Valentine's Day flower count.

The south west is usually far ahead with the number of early spring blooms, but this year the figure has dropped significantly because of the cold weather.
