Woman charged over fatal crash in Plymouth

A woman has been charged with causing death by careless or inconsiderate driving after a motorcyclist was killed in a crash on the A38 in Devon.

Paul Henderson, 45, from Plymouth died in the collision on the St Budeaux slip road on the A38, Parkway.

A 57-year-old woman from the city has been charged and is due before Plymouth Magistrates' Court on 6 June.

Mr Henderson died when his blue Triumph Tiger motorcycle collided with a Vauxhall Meriva on 30 January.
