Exeter students use UV scanner to show skin damage by sun
An ultraviolet scanner is being used by students in Exeter to see the effects the sun can have on their skin.
The machine scans the face and shows brown spots and freckles, which can occur from an over exposure to ultraviolet rays.
NHS Devon and Exeter College hopes the scans will encourage young people to use protection when in the sun.
