Two men from Somerset were charged on Monday with failing to comply with conditions imposed on a public assembly.
David Jesse, 28, from Taunton and Theodore Simon, 52, from Shepton Mallet are due to appear before Plymouth Magistrates' Court on 11 December as are the three defendants charged with wilful obstruction of a public highway other than with a car.
The five people charged with aggravated trespass have been bailed until 10 December.
The protest was organised by the campaign group Trident Ploughshares which said it was opposed to the UK's Trident nuclear weapons' system.
