A fourth man has been arrested in connection with a shooting in Derby earlier this month.

Armed officers raided homes in Upperdale Road and Peartree Road, Normanton, at about 08:00 GMT.

A 22-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of conspiracy to commit firearms offences.

It follows shots being fired at two homes in Walbrook Road and Brunswick Street on 13 March.

Two houses were hit by the bullets but no-one was hurt.

Two men, aged 21 and 25, were arrested on suspicion of firearm offences and a 34-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of perverting the course of justice on Thursday.

All three have since been bailed.

Witnesses reported seeing about 40 officers taking part in the raids.

Derbyshire Police closed roads for two hours while search warrants were carried out.
