An award in memory of a Derbyshire woman tragically killed in a landslide on a Dorset beach has been presented for the first time.

Charlotte Blackman, 22, from Heanor, died on Hive Beach, Burton Bradstock, after some 400 tonnes of rock fell.

The University of Derby, where Ms Blackman studied and achieved a first class honours degree, is marking her achievements through an annual award presented to the school of education's top student.
