Family of murdered Rachael Slack want domestic abuse inquiry

The family of a Derbyshire woman murdered by her ex-partner are demanding a national inquiry into the rising levels of domestic violence.

The calls have come in the wake of the inquest into the murders of Rachael Slack, and her little son, by her former partner in Derbyshire in 2010.
