Detectives investigating the death of a man in a fire at a disused building in Derby have released a photograph of the victim.

Polish national Jaroslaw Wieczorek, 26, was found dead inside the building on Great Northern Road following a fire on 8 October.

Police have returned to the scene to speak to people in the area.

A 39-year-old man arrested after the fire on suspicion of arson has been bailed.

Det Ch Insp Matt Healey said: "We have officers back at the scene speaking to people who may have used the site or been in the area around the same time last week.

"We believe the answers may come from people who use the site and we are keen to speak to anyone who has any information about the fire."

The building was extensively damaged in the blaze.

    The Derby artist behind the sea of thousands of blood-red ceramic poppies at the Tower of London says he's on track to have them all done on time.

    It's a huge piece of art to mark the centenary of the start of Britain's involvement in World War One.

    By November this year, there will be nearly 900,000 poppies.

    The promise of imminent building work at the £150m Sinfin incinerator plant brings to an end a determined battle by environmental campaigners to stop it.

    Simon Bacon, who helped lead the campaign, admits they can't now stop the project but says they will keep an eye on it.

    Work is due to start soon and is expected to be complete in 2017.

    I've been to have a look around the factory in Derby where they're making thousands and thousands of ceramic poppies for that huge piece of art at the Tower of London.

    They're all made on Pride Park, where I met Paul Cummins, the artist behind the idea.

    He says people have come from across the world to see the installation and says "it's not my project anyway - it's everybody else's".

    Incinerator go ahead 08:19:

    Campaigners have admitted defeat in their long battle to stop a waste treatment plant being built in Derbyshire.

    Derby city and Derbyshire county councils announced yesterday that the building work would start in Sinfin soon after contracts were signed.

    In 2012, Resource Recovery Solutions said it wanted the facility to burn 190,000 tonnes of waste a year from across the county.
