Ilkeston murder: Fourth charge over Michael Moss's death

A 23-year-old man has been charged with murder after the death of a man in Derbyshire.

Michael Andrew Moss, 48, was found injured at his home in Canal Street in Ilkeston on 30 January, Derbyshire Police said.

Three other people have already been charged in connection with the death.

Derbyshire Police said a 24-year-old man arrested earlier in connection with the murder had been released without charge.

Mr Moss was treated by paramedics at his home but died later in hospital.

A post-mortem examination revealed he died from injuries suffered during an assault, police said.

Police said a 26-year-old man has also been charged with murder and another man, also 26, and a woman, 46, have been charged with conspiracy to commit grievous bodily harm (GBH).
