Action demanded over water leak in Ilkeston
Water has been going straight down the drain in an Ilkeston street
People living in a Derbyshire town have demanded action because water has been leaking down their street for more than three weeks.
Residents in Kensington Gardens, Ilkeston, said gallons of water were going straight down the drain.
In a statement Severn Trent Water said repairs had been delayed because the leak was close to a street light.
The company added that it also needed Derbyshire County Council to approve the work.
