A 27-year-old woman has been sexually assaulted in a car-park in Derby city centre.
Police said she was approached by a man in Uttoxeter Old Road at about 04:00 BST on Thursday, and attacked near to Ashbourne Road.
The man officers are trying to trace is described as being around 30-years-old with short black hair shaved at the back and sides.
He spoke with a foreign accent and was wearing a black jacket and baggy jeans.
