A man has been arrested in connection with a sexual assault in a Derby park.
A 31-year-old woman was attacked while sitting on a bench in the park, off Merchant Street, on the morning of 7 September.
The suspect, who officers said was in his 40s and from the Derby area, was later released without charge.
Police said the investigation was ongoing and they were still keen to talk to anyone who had any information on the assault.
