Derby fire deaths: Man and woman bailed

A man and a woman arrested in connection with a house fire that killed six children have been bailed.

Jade Philpott, 10, brothers John, nine, Jack, eight, Jessie, six, and Jayden, five, died in the fire on Victory Road in Derby on 11 May. Their brother Duwayne, 13, died three days later.

Mick Philpott, 55, and wife Mairead, 31, have been charged with murder.

Police have not disclosed on suspicion of what offence they arrested the man, aged 34, and woman, aged 29.
