Ex-gang member Marlen Brown joins Derby youth project

A former gang member has been recruited by a Derby youth project to deter teenagers from repeating his mistakes.

Marlen Brown spent time in prison for dealing drugs and carrying a gun.

He is one of five former gang members who have been employed by the Enthusiasm Trust in Allenton.
