Second charge in Derbyshire van death case
A second man has been charged after a teenager was found dead in a stolen van in the River Derwent in Derbyshire.
The body of Patrick Piggott, 14, was pulled from the blue Ford Escort van near Raynesway on 19 July.
A 19-year-old man has already been charged with vehicle theft and a 25-year-old man has now been charged with allowing himself to be carried in a stolen vehicle.
He appeared before Derby magistrates and was bailed until 16 August.
