Keswick cafe defends 'rudeness reputation'

The owners of a Lake District tearoom have hit back at claims they are running the rudest café in Britain.

Following a negative comment on TripAdvisor, staff at the cafe in Keswick, defended the North's reputation for "a good, old-fashioned surly disposition".
