Three arrested over woman's death in Workington

Two men and a woman have been arrested on suspicion of supplying controlled drugs after a woman was found dead in Cumbria.

The body of Emma Rosemary Shepherd, 27, was discovered at a property on Fisher Street, Workington, on Wednesday.

Cumbria Police said officers were keeping an open mind in relation to her death, but the misuse of drugs was one important line of inquiry.

The men, aged 42 and 27, and the woman, 48, remain in police custody.
