Farmers who have had dozens of their sheep stolen are being given the chance to be reunited with their herds.

About 150 ewes, worth £100 to £150 each, have recently been taken from hill farms across the north Pennines, mainly in Cumbria and Teesdale.

Cumbria and Durham Police have arrested six people in connection with the sheep rustling incidents.

The recovered Swaledale sheep will be on display to farmers on 8 November at H&H Auction Mart in Kirkby Stephen.
