Former Cumbrian nurses recall historic hospital's past

Help

Former staff and patients from a historic Cumbrian hospital have created a book of memories to record its history.

Dovenby Hall near Cockermouth, opened in 1931 as a home for people with learning disabilities.

Now those who lived and worked there have joined forces to write a book about its past so it is never forgotten.

Closing in 1996, it is now the home of M-Sport, Ford's World Rally base.
