St Bees flooding victim criticises council response
Residents in the village of St Bees, near Whitehaven, Cumbria have been told the county council cannot afford to improve drainage despite repeated flooding.
That has angered one resident who is still living in a caravan at the back of her home while her house dries out.
Cumbria County Council insists it is doing all it can.
