Christopher Townson denies filming schoolgirl at pool

A man from Kendal has gone on trial accused of using his mobile phone to film a schoolgirl while she was changing at a swimming pool.

Christopher Townson, 25, from Jenkin Rise, Kendal, has pleaded not guilty to voyeurism at Carlisle Crown Court.

The incident allegedly took place at the Holgate caravan park at Silverdale, near Carnforth in June 2011.

The girl who was 15 at the time, said she was in a changing cubicle when a phone was held underneath the divider.
