Flying shepherd drone takes to the skies above Cumbria
A company in north east Cumbria has developed a shepherd drone to help farmers check their flocks from above.
The flying shepherd is a remote controlled device which flies above fields and lets farmers check their sheep in remote areas which could be difficult to reach.
BBC Look North's Mark McAlindon went to see the drone in action above the North Pennine fells around Alston in Cumbria.
