West Midlands fireman's booster seat safety campaign

A West Midlands firefighter has launched a campaign to raise awareness of the importance of booster seats.

Darran Gough said many parents do not realise seatbelts are less effective if children are not sitting at the correct height.

Department for Transport figures show 61 child passengers were killed in the UK in 2012 - up four percent on the previous year, while nearly 11,000 more were injured.
