A hospital trust is meeting targets to reduce Accident and Emergency waiting times, an investigation has concluded.

South Warwickshire NHS Foundation Trust became the subject of an investigation into A&E waiting times in June.

Health regulator Monitor launched the investigation after the trust missed the target of four-hour maximum waiting times in five out of the last eight financial quarters.

Monitor said 95% of patients are now seen on time.

Laura Mills, senior regional manager for Monitor, said the trust will now return to being regulated under Monitor's "normal regime".
