Man on Coventry Litten Tree pub incident murder charge

A man has been charged with murder after a body was found in Coventry in December, police have said.

West Midlands Police said the 24-year-old had previously been charged with wounding 44-year-old Eneas McNulty.

He was found dead in the Stoke area of the city following an incident at the Litten Tree pub.

A spokesman said the man was next due to appear at court on Friday 7 June. A second man, aged 19, remains on bail in connection with the incident.

A post-mortem examination to establish the cause of the victim's death was inconclusive and tests are continuing to determine an exact cause of death, police said.
