Two teenagers charged over Rugby road death

Two teenagers have been charged in connection with the death of a 17-year-old man in a crash in Warwickshire.

The victim, who has yet to be named, died after he was thrown from a van in Parkfield Road, Rugby, on Wednesday. He was confirmed dead at the scene.

A 15-year-old from Rugby has been charged with causing death by dangerous driving, burglary, and five other vehicle-related crimes.

A 13-year-old is also charged with burglary and aggravated vehicle taking.

Neither can be named for legal reasons.

A third male, aged 19, has been released and police said he would face no further action.
