Plans have been put forward for a £35m revamp of a Warwickshire retail park.
The proposals include having additional stores and adding a café or restaurant at Elliott's Field Retail Park, Leicester Road, Rugby.
About 90 additional car parking spaces have been proposed and improved bus services were also being considered, developer Hammerson said.
The plans have been submitted to Rugby Borough Council.
