A man and a woman have appeared in court charged with murdering a woman who was stabbed to death in Coventry.

The body of Georgiana Stuparu, 23, also known as Yudha Marin, was found in a flat in Foleshill on 30 January.

Phillippe Burger, 25, and Ramona Budiencea, 21, both from Coventry but of no fixed address, appeared at the city's magistrates court.

They were remanded in custody and are due to appear at Warwickshire Justice Centre, Leamington Spa, on Thursday.
