Man charged with stab attack on A30 after collision

A man has appeared in court charged with stabbing a man after a road collision in North Cornwall.
Michael Johnson, 50, of Tiverton, was remanded in custody at Truro Magistrates' Court to appear at the city's crown court.
Police were called to the A30 near Lewannick at 19:30 BST on Monday after reports that a man had been injured.
The man, aged in his 20s, was airlifted to hospital with a chest wound but has since been discharged.
