Property fires in Old Kea and Coombe tackled by crews

Fire crews have tackled two large property fires in Cornwall.

A building in Old Kea, near Truro, was severely damaged in a blaze attended by six fire engines from across Cornwall, which started at about 00:30 GMT.

Elsewhere, four crews attended a blaze at a bungalow in Coombe, near St Austell, at about 07:00 GMT. Cornwall Fire and Rescue Service said it was badly damaged.

No-one was injured and the causes of the fires are unknown.
