A body found in Cornwall has been identified as that of missing woman Lucie Bray, police say.

A search was started for Ms Bray, 39, from St Ives, after she was reported missing on 2 January following a shopping trip in Redruth.

A body was discovered on Constantine Beach, near Padstow, last Wednesday.

Ms Bray's family were informed of the find last week but the remains had now been formally identified as Ms Bray's, Devon and Cornwall Police said.
