Woman's body found in missing person search

A body has been found in Cornwall by police searching for a missing woman.

A search was started for Lucie Bray, 39, from St Ives, after she was reported missing on 2 January followng a shopping trip in Redruth.

Devon and Cornwall Police said that the body of a woman was found on Constantine Beach, near Padstow, on Wednesday.

They added that formal identification had yet to take place, but that Ms Bray's family had been informed.
