Two men who were arrested in connection with the death of a man on a farm in Cornwall have been released without further action.

Jason Morgan, 33, from the Bristol area, was found dead at Great Brynn Barton Farm, in Roche, in June 2011.

He had been on site to install safety netting at the time of his death.

A 52-year-old, from Helston, and a 45-year-old, from Wadebridge, were held on suspicion of manslaughter and gross negligence.

They have since been released from police bail.
