Lee Hosking denies 2008 Penzance rape charge

A man has denied raping a woman in Cornwall nearly five years ago.

Lee David Hosking, 27, from RAF Benson, Oxfordshire, entered a not guilty plea when he appeared at Truro Crown Court.

The rape of the 28-year-old woman is alleged to have happened in Penzance in May 2008.

Judge Graham Cottle granted a continuation of conditional bail and Mr Hosking will appear again in court on 20 May. A five-day trial has been scheduled for 30 September.

Mr Hosking was arrested in December.
