Camborne's Stephanie Cook named as fatal crash victim

A pedestrian who died after being hit by a car as it left council offices in Cornwall has been named.

Stephanie Cook, 65, from the Beacon area of Camborne died after she was hit by a red Astra on 20 December.

Devon and Cornwall Police said she became trapped underneath the car as it left the council office car park in Dolcoath Avenue in the town.

Mrs Cook was taken to hospital but died two days later. Anyone with information is asked to contact the police.
