A man has appeared in court charged with the rape of a 28-year-old woman in Cornwall in 2008.
Lee David Hosking, 27, from RAF Benson, Oxfordshire, was charged by Devon and Cornwall Police on Friday and appeared at Truro Magistrates' Court later the same day.
The rape is alleged to have happened in Penzance in May 2008.
Mr Hosking was granted conditional bail and is due to appear at Truro Crown Court on 15 March.
