Cyclist in Land Rover crash near Bodmin dies

A 50-year-old cyclist has died in a crash in Cornwall.

The local man was cycling with two others near Bodmin when the collision with a Land Rover towing a trailer happened at 10:05 GMT on Sunday.

Police said the cyclist died at the scene, on a minor road between St Mabyn and Longstone.

A full investigation is under way by traffic officers and the serious collisions unit. The cyclist has not yet been named.
