Arrests over Jason Morgan farm death in Roche

Two men have been arrested on suspicion of manslaughter and gross negligence in connection with the death of a 33-year-old man in Cornwall last year.

Jason Morgan, who was from the Bristol area, was found dead on 13 June 2011 at Great Brynn Barton Farm in Roche.

The two men arrested are a 52-year-old from Helston and a 45-year-old from Wadebridge.

The incident has been investigated by Devon and Cornwall Police and the Health and Safety Executive (HSE).
