A 20-year-old man from Cornwall has denied killing a baby boy.

Three-month-old Tyrone Coukham was taken to Royal Cornwall Hospital with severe injuries on 20 July 2010 and died the next day.

Stephen Coukham, from Hendra Road, Truro, pleaded not guilty to a murder charge during a hearing at Truro Crown Court.

He was due to reappear at the crown court for trial in July.
