3 September 2013 Last updated at 14:18 BST

Protesters have urged a rethink over plans to outsource health services in Cambridgeshire.

The contract from the Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Clinical Commissioning group is the single biggest outsourcing of NHS services so far. Its estimated to be worth between £700m and £1bn.

Tracy Lambert, of the union Unison, said it was the first step towards the privatisation of health services in the county.

The commissioning group says outsourcing will improve services.
