3 September 2013 Last updated at 09:19 BST

The woman who died in a bungalow fire in Cambridgeshire was thought to have been bedridden, neighbours said.

Six crews tackled the blaze on Hawthorn Way, Burwell, on Saturday morning.

The body of the young woman, who had multiple sclerosis, was found soon afterwards.

Vince McNeil, staying in the area, said he tried to get to the young woman, but was held back by an explosion thought to have been from her oxygen tanks.

Louise Hubball reports.
