Car driver dies in A141 collision near Chatteris

A car driver has died after a two-car collision on the A141 in Cambridgeshire.

A black Peugeot 206 collided with a silver Seat Alhambra on the outskirts of Chatteris at about 23:30 BST on Friday.

The driver of the Peugeot, who was 45-years-old, died at the scene.

The road at Clewes Corner, near the junction with First Furlong Drove, was fully reopened at 05:40 BST. Police are appealing for witnesses.
