Newborough murder inquiry: Five people arrested

Five people have now been arrested by police investigating the murder of a Peterborough man stabbed to death.

The body of Kevin Lee, 48, from Fletton, was found at Newborough on Saturday.

A 30-year-old woman and a 47-year-old man have been arrested in the West Mercia area.

A 36-year-old man from Peterborough remains in custody. A 32-year-old man and 23-year-old man, both from Peterborough, were arrested and bailed.

Mr Lee's body was discovered by a member of the public in a ditch near the A16 in Newborough on Saturday morning.

A post-mortem examination found he was stabbed to death, police said.
