Addenbrooke's Hospital to examine dying patient's care
A hospital chief executive has apologised for the distress caused to the family of a man who died on the Liverpool Care Pathway.
Keith McNeil was talking to Stewart White after the family of Bob Goold, of Stevenage, Herfordshire, lodged a formal complaint about his care while he was critically ill in hospital.
