Two men arrested in connection with a JCB ram-raid at a bank in Cambridgeshire have been bailed.

A 50-year-old and a 27-year-old were arrested on Tuesday on suspicion of burglary.

Officers investigating the raid at HSBC in Cornhill, Wisbech, in the early hours of 2 August are linking it to a similar incident in Long Sutton, Lincolnshire.

The two men, from the Wisbech area, have been bailed until 5 November.

Cambridgeshire Police said five men in balaclavas used a JCB to break into the bank in Wisbech, but fled empty handed.
