Chatteris divided over Jubilee bunting

A Cambridgeshire town council has come under fire over its decorations to celebrate the Queen's Diamond Jubilee.

The council says new bunting would have cost them hundreds of pounds and the flags are in keeping with the post-war mentality of make-do-and-mend.
