Gunfire crash on A47 Guyhirn: man in court

A man has appeared in court charged with five counts of attempted murder over an incident in which a car crashed on the A47 in Cambridgeshire.
A car went into a ditch between Guyhirn and Wisbech and flipped on to its roof after gunfire in the early hours of 19 November.
A man was treated for minor injuries.
Joseph Upton, 38, of Parson Drove, Cambridgeshire, appeared at Peterborough Magistrates' Court and was remanded to appear again on 3 January.
