Fund worth £2.5m to help rural businesses in the Fens

A £2.5m fund is being offered to help businesses in part of Cambridgeshire.

Grants are available over the next two years through the Fens Adventurers Rural Development Programme.

Firms involved in sustainable food and farming, rural business development, sustainable rural tourism and enterprising communities are eligible.

Most of the funds come from the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs (Defra) and the European Agricultural Fund.
