Firefighter tackle Wimblington factory fire

About 60 firefighters are tackling a factory fire in Cambridgeshire.

Fire crews were called to a plastics recycling plant in Manea Road, Wimblington near March at 1515 GMT.

The Plasgran factory was described as well alight. Crews were working to prevent the fire spreading to neighbouring properties.

A plume of smoke was being blown towards Wimblington. Residents were being advised to stay indoors and keep doors and windows shut.
