New arrests over Bristol murder of Nicholas Robinson

CCTV of suspect Police have appealed again for information about a man seen in CCTV footage

Two more people have been arrested in connection with the murder of a man who was stabbed to death in Bristol.

Nicholas Robinson, 19, died after he was attacked leaving Ron Jones House, in Jamaica Street, Stokes Croft.

The trainee bricklayer managed to telephone the police before collapsing in the street.

A 19-year-old man from Bristol and a woman, 48, from north London have been arrested on suspicion of assisting an offender and are being questioned.

Seven other people have been arrested in connection with the stabbing. Five have been released on bail and two have been released without charge.

Mr Robinson had bought an engagement ring the weekend before he was stabbed. His fiancée has made an appeal for information.

Det Ch Insp Andy Bevan said: "We are making significant progress in this investigation and I am very grateful for all the help and assistance we have received from the public so far."

He appealed again for information about a man seen in CCTV footage outside Mr Robinson's home.
